A file will not upload

Check these in order:

The type: pictures (JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP) and documents (PDF, DOC, DOCX, RTF, XLS, XLSX, CSV, PPT, PPTX) are accepted. The content has to match the name, so a file renamed to .pdf is refused.
The size: the upload box says the largest file allowed. A bigger file is skipped and the message says so.
The upload limit: the Free plan holds 25 files per workspace.
Storage: your workspace may be full. See the meter in the sidebar.
You may be viewing the wrong place: the Shared library is read-only. Upload from Personal or Team.
The connection: large uploads are sent in batches. If your connection drops, reload and upload the remaining files again.
