Copyright complaints and counter-notices
If you think someone copied your work. Use the form to report copyright infringement. Give the address of the content, describe your work, sign with your full name, and tick the two statements. We may remove the content and tell the person who shared it.
If your content was removed. We email you with the reference and a link to send a counter-notice. In it you say, under penalty of perjury, that the removal was a mistake or misidentification. We pass it to the person who complained. If they do not tell us within 10 days that they started legal action, the content is restored (private to you until you share it again).
Repeated complaints. Removals count against an account. After several in a year the account can be suspended. A removal that is restored no longer counts.
