Turn off downloads

Available on Plus and above. Visitors can still look at the file, but the Download button is gone and direct downloads are refused. You, as the owner, can always download.

• A file: ••• menu › Disable Download. Choose Enable Download to turn it back on.
• A folder's link: open the folder, ••• menu › Disable Download. It applies to the folder's share link, so share the folder first.
• All new uploads: Settings › Workspace › General › Downloads.

Turning downloads off is a light deterrent. Anyone who can see a file can still take a screenshot.
