Export your workspace data
On Business and above, open Settings › Workspace › Data and press Download CSV under Export Workspace Data. The file lists the workspace's recent activity, including what members did, for the last 90 days, and opens in any spreadsheet.
To take your files with you on any plan, use Download all files on the same page to get every file and folder as one zip file. You can also tick files anywhere and choose Download.
