Branded emails and the email footer

On Business and above, the emails sent from a workspace use your brand: your name, logo and accent color. That covers files and folders you send, invitations and workspace invitations. Replies go to the person who sent, and a plain-text version is included.

Under Settings › Workspace › Customize › Custom Branded Email, the Email Footer Message (up to 200 characters) adds your own line at the bottom, such as a link to your website. Write links as [words](https://address). You can also hide the "Powered by SimplShare" line there. Notification emails to you, such as new comments, always stay as SimplShare.
